Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) Noodles

Pho Ga is a traditional Vietnamese chicken noodle soup that has become an international culinary staple. Because 'Pho Ga' is a generic name for the dish itself rather than a single trademarked brand, it is produced by numerous companies including Vifon, Acecook Vietnam, and MAMA. The branding and ownership depend heavily on the specific manufacturer found on the packaging. Vifon, for instance, was a pioneer in industrializing instant Pho in Vietnam, while other global conglomerates have since introduced their own versions for international markets.
