Asda petrol is the automotive fuel retail arm of the British supermarket chain Asda. Traditionally, Asda's fuel services have been integrated with their large supermarket locations throughout the United Kingdom, providing convenient refueling options for grocery shoppers. The fuel is sourced from various refineries and distributors within the UK market to supply their extensive network of petrol stations.

The brand's ownership structure has significantly evolved recently. Historically a subsidiary of the American retail giant Walmart, Asda was acquired in 2021 by the Issa brothers and TDR Capital. Since then, the fuel business has seen further integration with EG Group (Euro Garages), also founded by the Issa brothers. This shift marks a transition from American corporate ownership back to a UK-based ownership model focused on retail and convenience synergy.
