Braun Electric Shaver

Braun is a world-renowned premium German brand founded in 1921 by Max Braun in Frankfurt am Main. Originally starting as a small engineering shop, it evolved into a global leader in industrial design and small electrical appliances, famously influenced by the functionalist design principles of Dieter Rams.

Today, the ownership of the Braun brand is split between two major global corporations. The grooming and person care division, which includes electric shavers and epilators, is owned by Procter & Gamble (P&G). Meanwhile, the household appliances division (such as juicers and blenders) is licensed to the Italian company De'Longhi. Most high-end grooming products continue to be manufactured at Braun’s flagship facility in Kronberg, Germany, ensuring the brand maintains its reputation for engineering excellence.
