Nimfi (also known as Nymph) is a Hellenic lager beer that originated in Thessaloniki, Greece. It was launched in 2019, drawing its name from the local myth of the 'Nymph' and the historical identity of Thessaloniki. The beer is crafted with five types of malts and local ingredients, aiming to reflect the character of Northern Greece.

While rooted in local Greek culture and brewed at the Athenian Brewery's facilities in Thessaloniki, the brand is part of a larger corporate structure. Athenian Brewery S.A. is the largest beer producer in Greece and operates as a key subsidiary of the Heineken Group.

Today, Nimfi is owned by Heineken N.V., a Dutch multinational brewing conglomerate. Despite its global ownership, the product maintains a strong focus on its Greek heritage and local production, serving as a prominent regional brand within Heineken's extensive international portfolio.
