Gilde Ratskeller Premium-Pils

Gilde Ratskeller is a traditional German Pilsner brewed by one of the oldest companies in the city of Hannover. The brand has a history dating back to 1546 and is recognized for its adherence to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), using only water, barley malt, and hops.

While the brewery has undergone several ownership changes in the modern era, including a period under Interbrew and InBev, it was acquired by the TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft in 2016. Today, the beer continues to be brewed in Hannover, maintaining its local heritage and craftsmanship under private ownership.
