Siggi's Skyr Drinkable Yogurt

Siggi's is a brand originally founded in the United States by Siggi Hilmarsson, an Icelandic native who wanted to bring traditional Icelandic skyr to the American market. The product shown, which features French labeling and a website (siggis-skyr.fr), is produced in France to serve the European market.

In 2018, the brand was acquired by Lactalis, a major French multinational dairy products corporation. Consequently, while the brand's recipes and identity are rooted in Icelandic and American history, its current manufacturing and ultimate corporate ownership are French.
