Dolly Madison is a historic American brand of snack cakes and bakery products, named after the former First Lady Dolley Madison. For decades, the brand was a staple in the American snack market, known for products like Zingers, chocolate cupcakes, and fruit pies. Historically, the brand was the primary competitor to Hostess, often positioned as a slightly more premium or variety-focused alternative.

The brand has undergone several changes in ownership throughout its history, most notably being a key asset of Interstate Bakeries Corporation (later renamed Hostess Brands). Following the high-profile liquidation proceedings of the original Hostess Brands in 2012, the Dolly Madison brand, along with other major snack cake labels, was acquired by private equity firms to revitalize the business. Currently, it operates under the modernized Hostess Brands structure.

In 2023, The J.M. Smucker Company completed the acquisition of Hostess Brands, bringing Dolly Madison into its extensive portfolio of food and beverage brands. Today, the products are primarily manufactured and distributed within the United States, leveraging the extensive supply chain and production facilities of the parent company.
