Hacker-Pschorr is a historic brewery brand dating back to 1417 in Munich, Germany. The name represents the 1972 merger of two legendary breweries: Hacker and Pschorr. The brand is famously known by its slogan 'Himmel der Bayern' (Heaven of the Bavarians), as depicted on the glassware.

While the brand holds deep roots in Bavarian tradition and represents one of the six main breweries authorized to serve beer at the Munich Oktoberfest, its modern ownership has evolved. Today, Hacker-Pschorr is part of the Paulaner Brewery Group. This group is a joint venture between the Schörghuber Corporate Group and the Dutch brewing giant Heineken, ensuring the brand has a global distribution network while maintaining its production base in Munich to comply with the Reinheitsgebot (German Purity Law).
