Tropicana Pressed Orange Without Pulp

Tropicana orange juice is one of the world's most recognized juice brands. Originally founded in 1947 by Anthony T. Rossi in Bradenton, Florida, USA, the brand revolutionized the industry with the introduction of flash pasteurization and high-speed transportation of chilled juice.

Historically, Tropicana was a major part of PepsiCo's portfolio for decades. However, in 2021, PepsiCo sold a majority stake in its North American juice business, including Tropicana and Naked, to the private equity firm PAI Partners. The brand is now managed under a joint venture called Tropicana Brands Group. While PepsiCo retains a 39% minority stake and exclusive distribution rights in some regions, PAI Partners is the majority owner. Manufacturing occurs in multiple locations globally, including the United States, Belgium, and France, depending on the specific market and fruit sourcing seasons.
