O'Donnells of Tipperary is a premium Irish crisp brand that traces its heritage back to Seskin Farm, where the O'Donnell family has been farming for over seven generations since 1725. The brand was officially launched in 2010 by Ed and Kate O'Donnell, leveraging their family's long-standing agricultural history to produce hand-cooked potato crisps.
Today, O'Donnells is part of the Largo Foods portfolio (now under the KP Snacks umbrella after acquisition by Intersnack). While the brand maintains a strong identity tied to its Tipperary roots and Irish provenance, it is owned by a large international snack conglomerate based in Germany. The manufacturing process remains focused in Ireland to maintain the quality and regional authenticity the brand is known for.
