The brand's fashion and lifestyle division is owned by RNL Netherlands B.V., a subsidiary of the Dutch holding company HVEG Investment Group. Meanwhile, the Mexx fragrance line is managed and produced through a long-term licensing agreement with the American beauty giant Coty Inc. Manufacturing occurs in multiple locations globally, depending on the product category, with clothing often sourced from Asia and Europe, while fragrances are typically produced in European facilities managed by Coty.
