Crivit is the primary private-label brand for sports and outdoor goods owned by the German retail giant Lidl. The brand was established to provide affordable high-performance gear, ranging from cycling equipment and apparel to fitness tools and hiking gear. It is a staple in Lidl's rotating 'middle aisle' selections and is increasingly sold through dedicated online platforms.

While the brand is fundamentally German in its strategic design and quality management, manufacturing is diversified globally. Most textile and apparel items are produced in major manufacturing hubs such as China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh, while more complex technical items like e-bikes or gym equipment often involve components from specialized international suppliers and final assembly in various European or Asian locations.

As a private label, Crivit remains under the ultimate control of the Schwarz Group based in Neckarsulm, Germany. This ownership structure allows Lidl to maintain high standards of quality control and cost-efficiency, positioning Crivit as a competitor to established low-cost sports retailers.
