La Goudale Blonde beer

La Goudale is a premium French 'Bière de Garde' with a rich history dating back to the 14th century, specifically named after the 'Goudaliers' who sold good beer in Flanders. The modern brand was propelled into fame by the Brasserie Gayant, which was originally located in Douai, France.

In 2010, the brand and the brewery were acquired by the Lesaffre family (headed by André Pecqueur). This led to the construction of a state-of-the-art facility in Arques, France, known as Brasserie Goudale. Today, the product is primarily manufactured at this site in the Hauts-de-France region. The brand remains under the independent ownership of the family-run Brasserie Goudale, standing out as a significant independent player in the French brewing industry.
