Gojek Super App

Gojek is a champion of the Indonesian digital economy, having started in 2010 as a call center to connect consumers with courier and motorcycle ride-hailing services. The brand was founded by Nadiem Makarim and has since evolved into a 'super app' providing a diverse range of services including GoRide, GoCar, GoFood (food delivery), and digital payments via GoPay. Its software development and operations are primarily based in Jakarta, with significant R&D hubs in India and Singapore.

In 2021, Gojek completed a landmark merger with Tokopedia, one of Indonesia's largest e-commerce platforms, to form the GoTo Group. This consolidated entity represents the largest technology group in Indonesia. The brand remains deeply rooted in Southeast Asian markets, expanding its footprint into countries like Vietnam and Singapore while maintaining its headquarters in Jakarta. As a publicly traded company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Gojek continues to be a cornerstone of regional digital transformation.
