VOYO is a prominent video-on-demand service operating across several Central and Eastern European markets. Originally launched in the Czech Republic in 2011, it has expanded to include specialized localized versions in countries such as Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bulgaria.

As a digital service, it does not have a physical manufacturing location; however, the technical infrastructure and content library are managed through local entities under the umbrella of its parent conglomerate. The brand is synonymous with local content production, offering exclusive series, live sports, and early access to television broadcasts localized for each specific region it serves.

The service is owned by Central European Media Enterprises (CME), which was acquired by the PPF Group in 2020. This acquisition placed the brand under the ultimate ownership of the Kellner family's investment group, ensuring its status as a major regional competitor to global giants like Netflix or Disney+.
