Milka Haselnusscreme is a popular hazelnut cocoa spread known for its signature lilac branding and Alpine milk history. Originally founded in Switzerland by Philippe Suchard in 1901, the brand has become one of Europe's most recognizable confectionery names. While the brand has Swiss roots, it is now part of a global portfolio and the hazelnut spread is produced in various European facilities to meet international demand.
The brand is currently owned by Mondelez International, an American multi-national confectionery and snack food company. Following the various corporate transitions from Suchard to Jacobs Suchard and eventually Kraft Foods, the brand was integrated into Mondelez when Kraft spun off its snack food division in 2012. Today, Milka products, including this hazelnut spread, are marketed globally, maintaining their association with Alpine heritage and the famous lilac cow logo.
