7 Days is a globally recognized brand of baked snacks, originally established in Greece in 1991 by the company Chipita S.A. The brand gained immense popularity for its long-life, individually wrapped croissants and convenient pastries, catering to the growing demand for on-the-go snacking. Over the decades, it expanded its product portfolio to include mini croissants, bake rolls, cake bars, and tarts.
In early 2022, 7 Days became part of the Mondelēz International family following a significant acquisition of Chipita S.A. for approximately $2 billion. This move integrated the brand into one of the world's largest snacking portfolios. Today, 7 Days products are manufactured in numerous facilities across the globe, with major production hubs in countries such as Greece, Poland, Romania, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia (via joint ventures), ensuring a wide distribution network that reaches over 50 countries.
