Historically a family-owned enterprise, the brand's production facilities and bottling plants are located in Krościenko nad Dunajcem, Poland. In 2017, the brand was acquired by the Oshee Group, a major Polish functional beverage company. This acquisition allowed Kinga Pienińska to expand its distribution while maintaining its heritage as a traditional Polish water brand. Today, it remains under the ownership of Oshee, headquartered in Poland.
