Oransoda is a premium Italian orange soda that traces its heritage back to the Fonti di Crodo spring in Piedmont, Italy. Originally established in 1931, the Fonti di Crodo brand became iconic for its high-quality sparkling fruit beverages made with authentic Italian citrus. The brand gained international fame for its use of real Sicilian orange juice and spring water.
Throughout its history, the brand has changed hands several times to facilitate global distribution. For many years, it was part of the Campari Group portfolio. However, in 2017, the brand and its production facilities in Crodo were acquired by Royal Unibrew, a major Danish brewery and beverage group.
Today, Oransoda remains deeply rooted in its Italian origins, with primary production still centered in the original Crodo plant in northern Italy. This ensures that the product maintains its traditional recipe and cultural identity while benefiting from the logistical and marketing reach of its Danish parent company.
