Antídoto is a refined red wine originating from the Soria province within the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. The brand was established by French winemaker Bertrand Sourdais, who recognized the unique heritage of the pre-phylloxera vines found in this high-altitude eastern territory. The wine is produced under the Bodegas Antídoto label, focusing on organic viticulture and traditional grape varieties like Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).

The manufacturing process takes place entirely in San Esteban de Gormaz, Spain, where the grapes are sourced from local growers across various small plots. The brand is a joint venture between Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. As of 2025 and beyond, the ownership remains centered around these founding partners under their Spanish winery management, maintaining its status as a boutique, high-quality producer within the Spanish wine industry.
