Wiko Smartphone

Wiko is a consumer electronics brand originally established in Marseille, France, in 2011. While the brand initially marketed itself as a French designer of affordable smartphones, it was founded as a joint venture with the Chinese manufacturer Tinno Mobile.

Starting from 2017, the brand became a fully owned subsidiary of Tinno Mobile Technology, making it a Chinese-owned entity. Manufacturing for Wiko products takes place primarily in China through Tinno's production facilities. In recent years, the brand has expanded its presence through strategic partnerships, particularly with Huawei for the licensed use of specific technologies and designs in the Chinese market.
