Originally launched by SkinnyPop Popcorn LLC, the brand saw rapid growth in the North American market. A major shift in ownership occurred in 2018 when The Hershey Company, a global snacking powerhouse, acquired Amplify Snack Brands to diversify its portfolio beyond traditional sweets.
