The product is strictly manufactured in the commune of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, France, fulfilling the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) requirements. Since 1992, the brand has been part of the Lactalis Group, ensuring its distribution across global markets while maintaining traditional aging processes in natural limestone caves.
