Snøfler cake rolls

Snøfler is a classic Danish confectionery product, consisting of small cake rolls made from trimmings of various cakes (romkugle-style mass) with a hint of rum flavoring and strawberry jam, coated in dark cocoa.

The brand originated in Denmark and was created by Karen Volf. It has since become a cult favorite in Danish supermarkets. Today, Karen Volf is a brand under Bisca A/S, which is the leading biscuit manufacturer in the Nordic region. Bisca A/S is owned by the Norwegian industrial investment company Scandza, which oversees several major Nordic food brands. Production continues to take place at Bisca's facilities in Stege, Denmark.
