While the company has historically utilized contract brewing arrangements with larger partners such as C&C Group (Wellpark Brewery), it maintains strict control over its proprietary maturing and brewing processes. In 2017, the global beverage giant LVMH, through its private equity arm L Catterton, took a minority stake in the business to fuel international growth.
