Hit biscuits are a popular brand of sandwich cookies consisting of two crispy biscuits with a cream filling. The brand was originally developed by Bahlsen, a well-known German family business founded in 1889 in Hanover.

Today, the brand remains under the ownership of the Bahlsen Group. While the brand has deep roots in German baking tradition, production has been optimized across European facilities, with a significant portion of the Hit product line being manufactured in Poland to supply the international market.
