Aquafresh is a global leader in oral hygiene, famously known for its 'triple stripe' toothpaste formulation representing fresh breath, strong teeth, and healthy gums. While the brand began with toothpaste in the 1970s, it has expanded significantly into manual and electric toothbrushes under various sub-lines like 'Clean Control'.
The brand was originally developed by the British pharmaceutical company Beecham Group. Following a series of mergers, it became part of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into a new independent company called Haleon. Today, Haleon manages the brand globally. Manufacturing for Aquafresh products occurs across several international hubs, including facilities in Europe and Asia, to serve different regional markets.
