Cigierre (Compagnia Generale Ristorazione) is a dominant force in the Italian casual dining market, founded in Udine in 1995. The company is best known for developing and managing highly successful themed restaurant chains, most notably the Old Wild West steakhouse brand, which serves as its flagship.
