MANI Bläuel is a pioneering brand in organic olive production, based in the Mani region of the Peloponnese in Greece. Founded in 1979 by Fritz and Burgi Bläuel, the company was the first to export organic olive oil from Greece. The production process emphasizes traditional hand-harvesting and mechanical cold extraction of Koroneiki olives locally in Kalamata. The brand is managed as a family-run enterprise with a strong focus on ecological sustainability and social responsibility. Ownership remains within the Bläuel family, split between their Greek production site and their distribution center in Austria.
