Tropicana Twister Tropical

Tropicana was originally founded in 1947 by Anthony T. Rossi in Bradenton, Florida, USA. After decades of being a staple under PepsiCo's ownership, the brand underwent a significant corporate shift in recent years. In 2021, PepsiCo agreed to sell a majority stake in its juice business, including Tropicana and Naked, to the private equity firm PAI Partners.

The resulting joint venture, known as Tropicana Brands Group, is now the ultimate owner of the brand. While the brand maintains strong roots in the United States, its products are manufactured in multiple locations worldwide to serve different regional markets. In Europe and other global territories, production is often localized through various bottling and packaging facilities authorized by Tropicana Brands Group.
