Pirinsko Svetlo is one of Bulgaria's most popular and iconic beer brands, named after the Pirin Mountains. Originally introduced in 1967 with the establishment of the Pirinsko Pivo brewery in Blagoevgrad, the brand has grown into a market leader known for its refreshing pilsner-style lager.

The production is primarily centered in Bulgaria, maintaining its local heritage and taste profile. Today, the brand is owned by the Danish global brewing giant Carlsberg Group. Carlsberg acquired the brewery in the early 2000s and has since modernised the production facilities while keeping the brand's traditional identity intact, marketing it as the beer 'fresh from the mountains.'
