The breakfast cereal version is part of the Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) joint venture, a collaboration between Nestlé and General Mills established in 1990. This specific packaging, featuring Italian and Greek text, serves various European markets. Manufacturing for these markets typically occurs in dedicated cereal production facilities across Europe, such as those in France or Portugal. Nestlé remains the ultimate owner of the brand globally (except in the United States, where it is licensed to Hershey).
