IRO is a Paris-based contemporary fashion label founded in 2005 by brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton. Known for its 'boho-chic' and 'rock-n-roll' aesthetic, the brand successfully blends high-end luxury with street-style influences. While the brand remains rooted in French design and maintains its creative headquarters in Paris, its manufacturing is distributed globally to accommodate its vast collection of leather goods, knitwear, and denim products.

Over the years, the brand has transitioned from a family-run boutique label into a global powerhouse through strategic investments. In 2016, a controlling stake in the company was acquired by the Chinese fashion conglomerate Ellassay (Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co., Ltd.). This acquisition accelerated IRO's expansion into Asian markets and bolstered its international supply chain, marking its evolution into a truly global fashion enterprise.
