Teufel, officially known as Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH, is a renowned German manufacturer of audio products including loudspeakers, headphones, and home cinema systems. The KB 62 (Kombo 62) speakers are high-performance bookshelf speakers designed to deliver powerful hi-fi sound.

Founded in Berlin in 1979 by Peter Tschimmel, the company initially started as a DIY speaker kit provider before evolving into a direct-to-consumer premium audio brand. While all engineering, acoustic design, and quality management take place at the company's headquarters in Berlin, Germany, the physical production of the hardware is primarily outsourced to specialized manufacturing facilities in China to maintain a balance between high-end performance and competitive pricing.

Ownership of Teufel has transitioned through several private equity firms over the decades. Since 2018, the brand has been under the ownership of the French investment firm Ardian, which continues to support Teufel's international expansion and product diversification.
