Parodontax is a specialized oral care brand initially developed by a German dentist, Dr. Focke, in 1937. Originally formulated with sodium bicarbonate to help treat bleeding gums, it has become a global leader in the gingivitis-treatment segment. The brand was historically part of the GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) Consumer Healthcare portfolio.
Following a corporate demerger in 2022, Parodontax is now owned by Haleon, a British multinational consumer healthcare company. Manufacturing is global to meet regional demands, with major production facilities located in the United Kingdom, Slovakia, and other international sites. The packaging in the image shows Dutch and French labeling, which is typical for products distributed in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
