Mondelēz Oreo Original sandwich cookies

Oreo is a world-renowned brand of sandwich cookies, originally introduced by the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) in New York City in 1912. The brand has since become the best-selling cookie worldwide.

Today, Oreo is owned by Mondelēz International, an American multinational confectionery, food, and beverage company that was formed following a spin-off from Kraft Foods. While the brand is American by origin, manufacturing is highly decentralized to serve local markets; for the Spanish market, the product is distributed by Mondelez España Commercial and is often produced in European facilities such as the Viana plant in Spain.
