Gallo Nature Lenteja is a specialty pasta product made entirely from red lentil flour. It is produced by Pastas Gallo, the leading pasta manufacturer in Spain. Founded in 1946 by José Espona in Rubí (Barcelona), the brand revolutionized the Spanish market by introducing durum wheat pasta.
Today, Pastas Gallo remains a powerhouse in the Mediterranean diet sector, with primary manufacturing facilities located in Granollers and El Carpio. Since 2019, the company has been owned by the private equity firm ProA Capital, which continues to drive the brand's innovation into gluten-free and vegetable-based alternatives like the Nature range shown here.
