Flötzinger Bräu is a renowned private brewery located in Rosenheim, Bavaria, Germany. Founded in 1543, it stands as the oldest and only private brewery remaining in Rosenheim. The brand is deeply rooted in Bavarian brewing traditions, adhering strictly to the Reinheitsgebot (Beer Purity Law) of 1516.

The brewery is a family-owned enterprise, currently managed by the Steegmüller family. Historically, the brewery was acquired by Franz Steegmüller I in 1864, and it has remained under family management for generations. Unlike many other breweries that have been absorbed by global conglomerates, Flötzinger Bräu maintains its independence, focusing on regional identity and traditional quality. All production takes place at their facility in Rosenheim, utilizing regional ingredients to craft a wide range of beers including Helles, Weissbier, and seasonal specialties.
