As of 2023, Alleghany Capital (and by extension Jazwares and Kellytoy) became part of Berkshire Hathaway, the multinational holding company headquartered in the United States and led by Warren Buffett. While the brand management and design are headquartered in the USA, manufacturing primarily takes place in China and Vietnam to facilitate global distribution.
