Robert Chicken Sausages are produced by Robert Damkjær A/S, a renowned Danish meat processing company with a history dating back to 1961. Founded by Robert Damkjær and his son Poul Erik Damkjær, the brand began in a converted dairy in southern Denmark and has since grown into a global specialist in poultry-based products. The company is particularly recognized for its expertise in manufacturing halal-certified canned meats, which are exported to more than 40 countries worldwide.

Manufacturing takes place at the company's dedicated facility in Lille Anslet, near Haderslev in southern Denmark. This location handles the entire production process for their canned, chilled, and frozen chicken and turkey products. The brand remains a family-owned enterprise, currently managed by the third generation of the Damkjær family, who maintain traditional sausage-making craftsmanship alongside modern food technology standards.
