Menstrual blood is a naturally occurring biological substance produced by the female reproductive system. It consists of blood, vaginal secretions, and the endometrial tissue of the uterine lining. This fluid is shed during the menstrual cycle, which is a fundamental aspect of human biological reproduction for women of childbearing age.
Unlike commercial products, menstrual blood is not manufactured in a factory or owned by a corporation. Its "production" occurs within the uterus when the lining builds up in preparation for a potential pregnancy and is subsequently shed if fertilization does not occur. This process is governed by hormonal changes involving estrogen and progesterone.
There is no brand, ultimate owner, or company associated with menstrual blood as it is a part of the human body. While various healthcare and hygiene companies manufacture products to manage menstrual flow (such as pads, tampons, or menstrual cups), the fluid itself remains a natural human discharge with no commercial origin.
