Royco Crunchy Champignons instant soup

Royco is a well-known brand of instant soups and meal aids with a rich history in Europe. Originally founded in France, the brand became a household name for quick, convenient 'cup-a-soup' style products. For many years, the brand was part of the Unilever portfolio, which helped establish its presence across multiple European markets including Belgium and the Netherlands.

In 2013, as part of a strategic divestment, Unilever sold its Royco brand in various regions to CVC Capital Partners, who subsequently integrated it into Continental Foods. Later, in 2019, the Spanish multinational food group GB Foods acquired Continental Foods, becoming the ultimate owner of the Royco brand. Today, Royco products are frequently manufactured in Belgium at the Puurs plant, serving a wide variety of flavors to the consumer market.
