Sal de Añana spring salt

Sal de Añana is a high-quality gourmet spring salt produced in the Valle Salado (Salt Valley) of Salinas de Añana, located in the Alava province of the Basque Country, Spain. This salt is unique because it is harvested from ancient brine springs that emerged more than 200 million years ago, utilizing traditional evaporation techniques in stone eras (platforms).
