Pukka Herbs is a renowned organic herbal tea brand founded in Bristol, United Kingdom, in 2001 by Tim Westwell and herbalist Sebastian Pole. The brand quickly became synonymous with Ayurvedic principles and high-quality, ethically sourced organic ingredients. Pukka Three Mint is one of their flagship caffeine-free blends, featuring a combination of spearmint, peppermint, and fieldmint.

While the organic herbs are sourced from various global locations including India and Egypt, the final blending and packaging are primarily completed in the United Kingdom. In 2017, the brand was acquired by the multinational consumer goods giant Unilever. This acquisition allowed the brand to expand its global distribution reached while maintaining its commitment to B Corp certification and sustainability environmental standards.

As of 2024 and beyond, Pukka remains a key brand within Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing portfolio. While Unilever recently spun off its larger tea division (Ekaterra/Lipton), Pukka Herbs was specifically retained by Unilever because of its alignment with their specialist health-focused product strategy.
