Donegal Creameries is a well-established Irish dairy brand with deep roots in the northwest of Ireland. Historically associated with the Donegal Investment Group (formerly Donegal Creameries PLC), the brand has become a household name in County Donegal and surrounding regions, known for its fresh milk and cream products sourced from local farming communities.

In 2011, the dairy processing arm and the Donegal Creameries brand were acquired by Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited. This transition brought the brand under the umbrella of one of Ireland's largest multi-purpose co-operatives. Today, the milk is processed at Aurivo's facility in Killygordon, ensuring that it remains a locally manufactured product that supports the regional agricultural economy.

As part of Aurivo, Donegal Creameries benefits from a co-operative ownership structure where the business is owned by the farmers who supply the milk. This ensures a sustainable supply chain and a commitment to maintaining the traditional Irish dairy heritage while utilizing modern processing technologies to distribute products across the island of Ireland.
