Salvequick is a renowned brand in the first aid sector, specializing in adhesive bandages and wound care products. The brand was originally established in Sweden under the name Salveplast in 1947 by the company Cederroth, which revolutionized the market by introducing the first pre-cut bandages in Europe.

Today, Salvequick is a market leader in many European countries. While the brand has deep Swedish roots, its owner, Cederroth, was acquired by the Norwegian conglomerate Orkla in 2015. Most of the production for Salvequick bandages now takes place in specialized manufacturing facilities in Spain, specifically in Martorell, though distribution and development remain tightly integrated with Orkla's Nordic home market.
