To Øl is a Danish craft brewery founded in 2010 by Tobias Emil Jensen and Tore Gynther. The brand originated as a 'nomadic brewery' in Copenhagen, utilizing the spare capacity of other breweries. In 2019, they established their own permanent production facility known as To Øl City in Svinninge, Denmark, where most of their products, including Snublejuice, are now manufactured.

Snublejuice is a gluten-free Session India Pale Ale that has become one of the brand's most recognizable products.
