Clek is well-known for manufacturing several of its flagship products, such as the Foonf and Fllo models, in Canada. This local manufacturing is a point of pride for the brand, emphasizing quality control and ethical production. However, certain accessories and components are sourced or manufactured in China to balance production needs across their global supply chain.

Ownership and Evolution

Clek transitioned from being a division of Magna International to an independent entity owned by its founders and leadership. Currently, Clek is a subsidiary of the Swedish-based Thule Group, a world-leading brand specializing in products for an active lifestyle, including roof racks, bike carriers, and strollers. This acquisition by Thule Group aligns with Clek's focus on safety and premium design, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the child safety industry.
