The group controls several publicly traded subsidiaries, including Hisense Visual Technology and Hisense Home Appliances, which are listed on the Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen stock exchanges. Through strategic acquisitions of international brands like Toshiba's TV division, Gorenje, and Sharp's North American business, Hisense has solidified its position as a leading global player in the consumer electronics industry.
