Reactine Cetirizina/Pseudoefedrina

Reactine is a well-known over-the-counter medication used to treat allergy symptoms and nasal congestion. It contains a combination of cetirizine (an antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine (a decongestant).

The brand was originally developed by Pfizer but was later part of the consumer health portfolio of Johnson & Johnson. In 2023, Johnson & Johnson spun off its consumer health division into a new independent company called Kenvue, which now serves as the ultimate owner of Reactine and other household brands like Tylenol and Neutrogena. Manufacturing for the European market often takes place in specialized pharmaceutical facilities in Italy, although global production may occur in various locations depending on regional supply chains.
